• The team will have one field session in the morning and proceed straight to the gym for core training and regeneration
• Troy Perkins takes a five-day hiatus from camp starting today when he returns to Norway for a three-day team bonding trip with Valerenga. Before you start thinking spa and hot springs, the team will be going through training sessions with Norwegian Special Forces.
  
• The coaching staff will attend today's Interliga finals at The Home Depot Center. The first match pits Pachuca against Atlas, followed by Chivas against Morelia.
