The News: DaMarcus Beasley was inserted into the starting lineup for Rangers’ cup match against Motherwell and played the full 90 minutes in a 2-1 victory.

Of Note: Nacho Novo and Kris Boyd were on target for Rangers, who move on to the semifinals of the competition. Beasley had a hand in the second goal for the Glasgow club, pouncing on a loose ball and starting the move forward which eventually resulted in Boyd’s strike.

Up Next: Rangers welcome Inverness to Ibrox on Saturday, before hopping on a plane to the Nou Camp, where they will face Barcelona on Wednesday night.
