While we get ready for our slightly-early training session this morning, here's a look at yesterday's action from Miami. Not everybody is in camp yet, with a few players playing today in some notable games, but that hasn't stopped training from being as fast-paced and intense as you would normally expect. Take a look:

Cool vid. Loved the dempsey shake and bake and rip into the upper 90. if we had 11 dempseys, we'd be a top 5 team.
