Holden Hopeful

ussoccer.com spoke with Stuart Holden following Tuesday morning's training session. The 23-year-old native of Aberdeen, Scotland had an impressive year for both club and country, starting in all three of the USA's matches in the 2008 Olympic Games and scoring the game-winner against Japan. Holden made 27 appearances for the Houston Dynamo in 2008, the most of his professional career. He is still remembered for converting a penalty in the 2006 MLS Cup final against New England that helped the Dynamo to their first league title.
