As we mentioned yesterday in the U.S. Soccer Movie Department post, we are loaded down with films for the players to watch - more than 100, as it turns out. The movie list is posted outside the door, with films ranging from the undeniably classic (Vertigo), to the arguably classic (The Big Lebowski), to the umm....not very classic (Drillbit Taylor).
After watching The Strangers last night, we asked Gooch for his quick review:
"It didn't live up to they hype, namely the hype of Jay DeMerit. The most interesting part was that it was based on a true story, but I'm glad I waited to watch it for free."
Ouch.
The library is being well-used, so we'll keep scouting for more reviews.

It must have been bad if someone making the big bucks like Gooch is happy he watched for free - lol.
awesome feature. deff continue doing this
Some of my faves:
Dark City, because it's so atmospheric. http://www.newline.com/properties/darkcity.html
Juno, because it's HILARIOUS! http://www.foxsearchlight.com/juno/
No country for Old Men http://video.movies.go.com/nocountryforoldmen/
Oh and if you haven't seen Drag Me to Hell in theaters yet, SEE IT!!! It's funny and scary at the same time. Last time I looked, rottentomatoes gave it 93%, odd for a 'scary movie'. It's written and directed by Sam Raimi, the guy who made the Evil Dead series.

Ever!
Gooch is probably the kind of guy who likes movies similar to "The Departed" or "Iron Man."
If Demerit likes "The Strangers,"
tell him he should definitely check out "The Haunting in Connecticut." He won't be disappointed.
over-hyped eh? Perhaps Mr. Demerit has a bit of a thing for Ms. Liv Tyler?
The last 3 good flicks I saw were Traitor, Role Models and Rock N'Rolla.
Rock n Rolla was great...not quite as good as Snatch, but still a lot of fun.
